The number of hours children sleep

There is no magic number of hours of sleep that children need in a particular age group.
The inclusion of plans for hours of sleep needed by children can cause concern when individual differences among children are not taken into account.
These figures are simply rates were collected from large groups of children of certain ages.
Sleep is very essential for the health of the child; and lack of sleep can cause a child's Virta in activity, it becomes troublesome, and the actions of an extremist position.
Here are some approximate numbers according to the child's age:

At the age of Week
Day: 8 hours.
 Night: 8.5 hours.

At the age of four weeks
Day: 6.75 hours.
 Night: 8.75 hours.

At the age of three months
 Daytime: 5 hours
 Night: 10 hours.

At the age of six months
  Day: 4 hours.
  Night: 10 hours.

At the age of nine months
  Day: 2.75 hours.
  Night: 11.25 hours.

At the age of one year
  Day: 2.5 hours.
  Night: 11.5 hours.

At the age of two years
Day: 1.25 hours.
Night: 11.75 hours.

At the age of 3 years 
Daytime: 1 hour.
Night: 11 hours.

At the age of 4 years
Night: 11.5 hours.

At the age of 5 years
Night: 11 hours.

At the age of 6 years
Night: 10.75 hours.

At the age of 7 years
Night: 10.5 hours.

At the age of 8 years
Night: 10.25 hours.


At the age of 9 years
Night: 10 hours.

At the age of 10 years
Night: 9.75 hours.

At the age of 11 years
Night: 9.5 hours.

At the age of 12 years
Night: 9.25 hours.

At the age of 13 years
Night: 9.25 hours.

At the age of 14 years
Night: 9 hours.
